Lately there has been great focus on a yet not published research made by Aram Seddigh, scientist in offices from Stress Research Institute Stockholm University, with over 3000 persons interviewed about wellbeing, productivity and leadership. 45 % are not satisfied sitting i open office!

The research is divided into 3 parts. The first part looks at the physical attributes in the office and how they fulfill the clerks´ needs for privacy vs interaction and basic ergonomics: sound, light and ventilation. The second part is about productivity and stimuli vs distraction and how this affect the working task. Third part is about leadership and how the leadership way of steering / leading the staff leads to consequences depending on the type of office and organisation.
